Envira Amazonia operates in the southwestern Amazon, an area heavily affected by deforestation. Their reforestation projects are about 25 miles from Feijo city, near the Brazil-Peru-Bolivia border. They also protect local fauna, prevent soil erosion, and avoid water pollution.
In 2023, Banco do Brasil mediated the sale of 5,000 carbon credits from Envira Amazonia Project to Standard Chartered Bank internationally, managed by BNP Paribas.
