The financial group ABSA has initiated a partnership with Bankmed (a provider of medical programs) to conduct medical check-ups at home. In total, 1,915 employees participated in the program in 2022. A system for medical examinations of executives was also implemented, allowing managers to undergo comprehensive health assessments to identify health-related risks and thereby manage risks both for the manager and the organization. In 2022, 149 managers underwent such assessments.
