Search for Missing People
Uniting volunteers to assist in finding missing individuals.
Contacts: Center for Missing Persons (CPPL)
In April 2023, the "Center for Missing Persons" (ANO) and the retail chain "Pyaterochka," supported by the charity fund "Good Stories," launched the pilot project "Amulet Bracelet" in Samara. The project provides vulnerable groups (elderly, children) with NFC-enabled wristbands that store essential personal information (name, relatives' contact numbers, health condition). If a person goes missing, anyone with a smartphone can scan the bracelet to help reunite them with their loved ones. As of July 2023, 5,000 individuals received the bracelets for free, with expansion planned for the Samara region.
