In 2022, one of Brazil's largest banks, Banco do Brasil, received certification from the organization WOB (Women on Board), confirming gender diversity on its Board of Directors. Banco do Brasil Asset Management also obtained this certification. The goal of this initiative is to demonstrate the importance of women's presence in leadership positions.
