In 2023, PepsiCo India, in partnership with The Social Lab (TSL), launched a plastic waste disposal program in the state of Agra. As part of the initiative, a special mobile van visits local shops in Agra to collect plastic waste and send it for recycling. During the one-month pilot phase, over 100 kg of plastic waste was collected daily for recycling.
